19th Qutb
His Holiness Mir Kamal-e Din Ati’atullah the First
His Holiness Mir Kamal –e-din Ati’atullah, the First, was the successor
and vicegerent of his noble father Shah Habib-e-din Mohebullah the First
, after His Holiness the 20th Qutb was Mir Shah Borhan-e-din
Khalilullah the Second who undertook the guidance of worshippers and
after him according to the commandment of Mir Shah Borhan-e-din the 21st
Qutb Mir Shah Shams-e-din Mohammad the First sat on the throne of
caliphate of His Holiness and was engaged in the guidance of
worshippers. And after the termination of the era of His Holiness, the
22nd Qutb His Holiness Mir Shah Habib-e-din Mohebullah the
Second, was assigned to the position of guidance and spiritual
initiation of the people and since His Holiness reached the appointed
end of his life's duration, handed over his caliphate and guidance of
the people to the 23rd Qutb Mir Shah Shams-e-din Mohammad the
Second. And His Holiness after him, appointed the 24th Qutb
Mir Shah Kamal-e-din Ati’atullah the Second as his successor. And His
Holiness Mir Shah Kamal-e-din handed over the post of caliphate and
guidance position after himself to the 25th Qutb Mir Shah
Shams-e-din Mohammad the Third. And His Holiness appointed the 26th
Qutb, His Holiness Sheikh Mahmood Deccani as his successor and guidance
of the worshippers. And His Holiness Sheikh Mahmood appointed and handed
over his caliphate and guidance of the worshippers to Sheikh Shams-e-din
Deccani, the 27th Qutb. And His Holiness Sheikh Shams-e-din
is the 27th Qutb of the Marufiyeh spiritual order.
And because all these sublime
great ones were residents in India and during their felicity time, Iran
was under the influence and superficial spiritual guidance and dominance
of the Safavid dynasty and as there was no relation between India and
Iran, therefore, there are no records registered for some of the great
ones in the contemporary Iranian writings, nor afterwards.
And the
author with all efforts and endeavor, unfortunately could not find any
record of few of them, even though Indian friends were requested to help
out and up to this date no results was obtained, and with hope from the
interior heart of those sublime nobles, would make me successful to
prepare biographies of each of them and attach to this document and now
pay attention to the biography of the 26th Qutb, His Holiness
Sheikh Mahmood Deccani.
